Ruff-N-Ready (Est. 1999 with the Mother Chapter residing in Millville, NJ) is a supportive, encouraging, and loving family. In March 2003, the Phila Chapter was started consisting of friends who shared two common interests, riding and togetherness. With the blessing from Reese and the four horseman the Phila Chapter was started with seven members from the Philadelphia Delaware County area that grew strong in a short period of time due to there prior friendship before becoming the Ruff-N-Ready Phila Chapter. The Wilmington, DE Chapter was established in 2006 by members of the Phila Chapter who resided in Wilmington, DE who wanted to represent Ruff-N-Ready in their own state. By creating another chapter, Wilmington, DE would be able to appeal to riders that resided in their state, thus increasing the Ruff-N-Ready family.
